We assist in providing independent assessment of proposed solutions to military issues and evaluation of new technologies.  Many of our professional staff members are published in professional journals in fields such as research and design of space launch, orbit power, propulsion systems, and a variety of other highly technical subjects.

U.S. Air Force Academy

DCS is the prime contractor on an IDIQ research and development contract supporting the U.S. Air Force Academy (U.S.AFA) Dean of Faculty. DCS supports U.S.AFA, whose campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including laboratories, observatories and a library containing over 700,000 volumes.

DCS supports the following U.S.AFA research centers: Human Environmental Research Center (HERC), Chemistry Research Center (CRC), Department of Mathematical Sciences (DFMS) & Operations Research/Department of Physics (DFP), Laser and Optics Research Center (LORC), Center for Physics Education Research (CPER), The Aeronautics Research Center (ARC), The Modeling and Simulation Research Center (MSRC), Space Systems Research Center (SSRC), Space Physics and Atmospheric Research Center (SPARC), Center for Aircraft Structural Life Extension (CAStLE), Institute for Information Technology Applications (IITA), Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), Academy Center for Information Security (ACIS), and Emerging Research Areas.
