DCS contributes in Georgia National Guard Physical Readiness Assistance Training (PRAT)

army-soldier-fitness-weight-liftingDCS CSF2 personnel were chosen by Georgia National Guard to participate in their Physical Readiness Assistance Training (PRAT).  The program had a significant impact on the fitness of 77 Soldiers who participated in the training.  36 of the 77 Soldiers started the course as “body-fat non-compliant.” After completion of the course PRAT Soldiers increased their Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) scores by 45 Points, compared to PRAT historical average of a 28.5 point improvement.
