| Contract Type: | Multiple Award IDIQ | | Scope of Work: | TMA contractors will provide labor, hardware/software and other equipment and materials required to successfully perform the objectives described in this SOO and as specifically authorized in individual task orders. The overall purpose of this contract is to create a comprehensive, end-to-end service model that Government agencies will find responsive to their unique learning and human capital requirements. Results of TMA’s market analysis indicated the following categories of training and HR management assistance that Federal agencies will require in the next five years:
- Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of customized training programs and learning solutions;
- Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of job aids and enterprise-wide performance support strategies and tools;
- Strategic human capital planning and management;
- Organizational transformation and support;
Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of systems to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within organizations
